This offer is just like the previous Shab-e-Qadar Offer, where customers received an equal credit amount for every payment made.
This exclusive offer is only available for those who have not yet paid their development charges. The management is giving these customers a rare opportunity to retain their balloted plots and obtain developed plots at the same time.
This offer is valid for 15 days only, ending on Monday, November 17. Payments can be made through bank deposits or online transfers.

Now, the most awaited big announcement — Blue World City has officially received its technical approval from a Punjab government department (FATA).
Alhamdulillah, the first approval has been granted for 4,100 kanals of land.
This is a major milestone toward the final NOC approval of Blue World City. Once the official NOC is issued, it will be publicly shared by the management.
Shuffle Ballot Update
A shuffle ballot is also being planned.
Customers who clear all their installments and development charges by November 17 will be shifted to better sectors, while those who remain in default may be moved out from their existing blocks.
An official notification will soon be issued regarding this process.

The layout design (internal and external) of Dragon Mart is now in its finalization stage. Chinese international supply chain management companies are actively conducting market surveys, while the Industrial Park project is also moving ahead with full momentum.

Additional Clarifications and Modifications
The management has introduced an important addition to this offer:
If you have already paid at least one installment, or even less than one installment of development charges, you are also eligible for this offer!
Previously, customers were given a chance to retain their plot location by paying a minimum of one installment via cash, bank, or online transfer. Those customers made payments but did not receive any benefit back then.
Now, the management has decided that those customers are also eligible to benefit from this new offer.
However, please note the following condition:
If you have previously availed any discount, cash offer, APR scheme, or any other concession, you are not eligible for this offer.
This scheme is only for customers who have not received any discounts on their development charges.
Such customers can now benefit up to three installments — with each paid installment earning one free installment, up to three installments total.
For Land Cost Payers
A question was raised regarding customers who have already paid 90% of their land cost — can they also benefit from this offer?
The answer is Yes!
Regardless of whether your land cost payment stands at 10%, 20%, 40%, 60%, or 90%, this offer is available for all, provided that you first clear your land cost 100%.
Once your land cost is fully paid, you can then avail the 1+1 free offer on development charge installments — up to three installments.
